Drawing on 8 years of experience at restaurants such as London’s acclaimed St John Bread & Wine, alongside a vast network of farms and fisherman, James Lowe’s primary objective has always been to demonstrate what’s possible with British ingredients.
After working with the likes of Heston Blumenthal and Fergus Henderson, James opened his first restaurant, Lyle’s, in Shoreditch in April 2014 and just 18 months after opening received its first Michelin star. More recently, Lyle’s was included in the much coveted World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
James will be creating a truly spectacular 5-course banquet menu over lunch and dinner.
