Lauren Pattinson


Lauren is a comedian, actor and writer.


Lauren appeared in two episodes of COMEDY CENTRAL AT THE COMEDY STORE, ROAST BATTLE hosted by Jimmy Carr and guest hosted an episode of TAKESHI’S CASTLE all for Comedy Central. Other screen and radio credits include WHERE’S THE F IN THE NEWS (BBC Radio 4), NASTY WOMEN (BBC Radio 4) and THE GREAT CHRISTMAS RANT (ITV2). As an actor her credits include DRUNK HISTORY (Comedy Central), JERK (BBC), and CLIMAXED (BBC).


She can currently be heard hosting weekly podcast CAMPAIGN AGAINST LIVING MISERABLY produced by Dave Channel. There are 20 episodes of this critically acclaimed podcast, ‘Like all the best conversational podcasts, theirs is a world you want to stay in – it’s funny, kind and thought-provoking.’ The Guardian. Series so far available here.


In August 2017 Lauren sold out her debut run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with her critically acclaimed show Lady Muck. This 5 star show was so popular three extra shows were added and subsequently sold out. Not only was ‘Lady Muck’ the best reviewed show at The Pleasance that year.  Lauren also won a Herald Angel Award and was nominated for Best Newcomer 2017 at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards.


Lauren has performed worldwide including performing at Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne, New Zealand and Kilkenny International Comedy Festivals. She was the only UK rising Star invited to Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal in 2018, performing on The Brit(ish) line up alongside Sarah Pascoe, Joel Dommett, Ed Gamble and hosted by Nish Kumar.
