Help! I can’t log into my account

Verifying your account
1. You’ll need to verify your account first. Check your inbox/junk for an email from bookings [at] You need to verify your email address before you can log in
2. After verifying, you will be sent an email confirmation with a temporary password to log in. You will be promoted to change this password after login in for the first time

If you’ve already verified your account
1. If you have already verified your account but you’ve forgotten your password password, click ‘Forgotten your Password’ and you will be able to re-set
2. Follow the steps from here to re-set your password and you’ll be receive a temporary password via email

Resident Advisor customers or if a friend bought your festival ticket

If you purchased your festival tickets through RA or your friend purchased your festival tickets on your behalf, you’ll won’t have an account yet. At the end of the booking flow, please click ‘New Customer’ to create a ticketing account


I want to book more than one boutique structure in one transaction – is this possible?

Of course, please contact our customer services team on 0333 240 0779 and they will be able to set-up an account and process your booking. In future you will be able to add all extras via your customer dashboard.
