Burger & Beyond draws inspiration from travels all over the world to create show-stopper burgers, that are always featured in London’s best burger lists. Using beef from rare breed cattle that have been dry-aged from 45 days up to 90, the provenance of the beef takes priority at Burger & Beyond, alongside soft brioche buns and mouth-watering toppings. Currently located at Camden Market, Camden Assembly pub and most recently at their first bricks and mortar restaurant on Shoreditch High Street. Signature dishes include the Cheeseburger (45-day aged beef patty, pancetta bacon, double American cheese, demi brioche bun, smoky mayo and onion) and the Hot Mess (45-day aged beef patty, pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, chipotle mayo).
