London’s much-loved artisanal baker and restaurant has achieved cult-like status in recent years. And for good reason — it’s absolutely incredible!

Pophams was born out of an idea to bring an innovative spin on traditional viennoiserie baking techniques.

The bakery now serves its seasonal, hand-crafted viennoiserie pastries from three sites, each space designed by Lucy, including the Islington original, London Fields (2019), which also serves as a restaurant, and most recently Victoria Park (2022).
