The Tribal Banquet is a euphoric celebration of food & drink, taking place on the edge of the Village’s beautiful Lake of Tranquility. A totally unique experience, it gives Villagers the chance to experience some of the UK’s finest chefs, in a breath-taking exclusive location, and James Lowe is no exception.

Drawing inspiration from a network of farms and fishermen that he has has been working with over the last eight years at restaurants like London’s St John Bread & Wine, his desire is to show people what’s possible with British ingredients, through his fresh approach.

After working with the likes of Heston Blumenthal and Fergus Henderson, James opened his first restaurant, Lyle’s, in Shoreditch in April 2014 and just 18 months after opening received its first Michelin star. More recently, Lyle’s was included in the much coveted World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

James will be creating a truly spectacular 5-course Banquet menu over lunch and dinner, with produce-led, British food, driven by a common sense of philosophy.
