After several chaotic years working in the music industry in London Mark decided it was time to carve out a more simple way of life and returned to his rural roots. After years exploring wild parts of Scotland, Sweden and France, Fire + Wild was born.

Mark embraces traditional, wood-fired cooking techniques which celebrate seasonal wild ingredients. Hunting and foraging provides Mark with ethically sourced organic meat, fresh line-caught fish, wild greens, berries, fungi and more to create a truly spectacular dining experience.

A glass of champagne is included from our friends at Moët & Chandon. We will have a short, well-priced wine list available to order by the bottle throughout the meal – payable by card only. Water will be available on the table.
