Cal is on a roll, his restaurant Pine in Northumberland having topped Squaremeal’s Top 100 UK Restaurants this year and fresh from his appearance in the Great British Menu final.

Pine opened in 2021 and has since won a Michelin star and the coveted Michelin Green Star.

Multi-award winning Chantelle is chef owner of Apricity in Mayfair, a Michelin Green Star restaurant which celebrates conscious cooking and joyful dining.

Her LV menu champions the seasonality, sustainability and veg-forward cooking for which she is so well known.

Chet opened BiBi in 2021, a progressive restaurant serving dishes inspired by ingredients and memories from the Indian subcontinent.

Accolades include GQ Restaurant of the Year 2022, no. 5 in the National Restaurant Awards 2022 and Squaremeal’s Best Restaurant in London 2022.
