Climpson & Sons are pioneers in the evolving London specialty coffee scene. Our ambition is to continue sourcing, roasting and crafting the finest coffees from the heart of East London. CLAW started life in 2015 slinging crab rolls at Kings X market. Now street food veterans, they’re famous for their seafood takes on street food classics. They’ll be selling favourites such as lobster rolls and crab on fries, but be sure to try their exclusive Lost Village brunch dishes including ‘The Billingsgate’ – a scallop and bacon muffin!

Best friends from school Laurence and Frank, began curing salt beef and barbecuing at University. Following graduation their past time became Salt Shed, trading on the streets of London with a bespoke cured meats BBQ.
