Boutique Sanctuary

The amazing Boutique Sanctuary is a world all of its own. Tucked away in a totally private part of the Lost Village, the Sanctuary offers an incredible range of bespoke, high-quality accommodation.

Festival Entry Times

Please note, you can enter the festival and check in to your boutique unit at the times below. You cannot check in outside of these times.

  • Thursday 22 Aug – 2pm until midnight
  • Friday 23 Aug – 9am until 10pm
  • Saturday 24 Aug – 9am until 7pm
  • Sunday 25 Aug – 9am until 7pm

You will be required to vacate your boutique unit on Monday 26 Aug by 12pm (midday). It’s incredibly important that you visit reception when you check out so your safety deposit can be returned. If you do not do this, your deposit may be retained.

Festival tickets are not included in the price of boutique accommodation. You will receive your festival entry tickets via email, and the tickets for your boutique accommodation will be attached to this email also. Please bring both to gain entry to the festival. The lead booker of your unit will be sent ONE e-ticket for all guests staying in the accommodation. If any of your group are arriving separately, you will need to make this clear at the boutique box office on arrival. Please note, ONLY guests with a boutique sanctuary wristband will be admitted and anyone beyond the capacity of your boutique unit will not be allowed entry. Everyone staying in your boutique unit will be required to check in at the boutique reception. It is not possible to take wristbands for any friends who are arriving at a later time.

Arrival by Car / Parking

Use the postcode LN6 9HN – on the approach to the festival, please follow signs for ‘BOUTIQUE PARKING’ from all directions. It’s important you do this or you’ll end up at the wrong entrance to the festival. The Boutique Sanctuary has a private car park. You will be required to show your boutique e-ticket on entry to the car park, which will be exchanged for a hanger to display on your rear view mirror. The Boutique Sanctuary car park is for the sole use of those with e-tickets

Arrival by Train / Shuttle Service

The nearest train station to the festival site is Newark Northgate. A shuttle service will run between the station and festival site in conjunction with the entry gate time above.

Keeping you comfortable

Your beds will be kitted out with duvets, pillows, cotton sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases plus bath towels. If you decide to bring your own bedding, don’t forget to bring some warm and cosy items from home, as it can get a little chilly at night! Feel free to bring an extra pillow or blanket for the bed to make you feel at home.

We ask that you treat your boutique unit with respect. These structures are incredibly expensive to replace and repair so we ask that you and your tribe take responsibility for the unit. On check in to your accommodation, the lead booker will be asked to sign T&C’s and to supply credit card details so we can pre-authorise a security deposit, just like when you check in to a hotel. The amount isn’t debited, it’s only held in transit, in case damages occur. After checking out of the unit, staff will inspect the unit with you. If there are no damages, the pre-authorised deposit will be released. Thank you for reading this update, we know these things can be tedious but we want to make sure you have the best stay and experience Lost Village to the fullest! If there are any questions that haven’t been answered here, please contact [email protected].

Quiet Area

We will have a small dedicated Quiet Area within the Boutique Sanctuary for attendees who prefer more serene surroundings. There is a strict midnight noise curfew in the Quiet Zone. Personal music systems are prohibited from this area, other than low-level speakers that can’t be heard beyond your own tent.

If you would like to be camped in this area, please email our ticketing agents on [email protected] with your booking reference and your request. Please ensure you get your request in up to 6 weeks prior to the festival.

Please note that unfortunately it’s not possible to request the following structures to be within the Quiet Area of the Boutique Sanctuary: Ultimate Tipi, Lotus Mahal & Emperor

Campervan Quiet Zone

Does my vehicle qualify as a campervan?

In order to remain compliant with licensing laws, all campervans must be classified as a ‘motor home’ within the official DVLA category.

If you have converted a vehicle into a motor caravan then you must have returned the V5C log book to the DVLA for body type amendment, following government guidelines. You may be asked to provide evidence of this classification. If you are unable to provide it, you will be refused entry and refunds will not be issued.

If you are unsure whether your vehicle qualifies, please send us a message and we can check this for you. If you arrive on site without checking and your vehicle is not acceptable you will not be given access to the campersite site.

How many people can stay in the camper?

There’s a maximum of four people per camper van / caravan / motorhome.

Are awnings permitted?

Due to space, no awnings, trailer tents, tents or canvas structures of any kind are permitted under any circumstance.

Are electric pitches available to purchase?

In addition, personal music systems are prohibited from this area, other than low-level use within your campervan. These systems must not be audible beyond your campervan.

We ask all residents of the Campervan Quiet Zone to respect their surroundings and other campers in the area, as there may be campers nearby who are not attending Lost Village.
