Lost Village 2024 Resale

Lost Village has now sold out, if you didn't manage to grab a ticket, our resale goes live at 10am on Wednesday 3rd of July. Sign-up below and we’ll notify you when the resale goes live.

If you already have a ticket to Lost Village, and are no longer able to attend, you can add your ticket to the resale pool by following the instructions below.

How to add your ticket to the official resale

  1. Log in to your customer account here and click Upcoming Bookings on the home page.
  2. Find your Lost Village 2024 booking and click View Booking Summary.
  3. Click the Resell Tickets Box.
  4. The tickets you have available on the booking for resale will appear.
  5. Click Edit Resale.
  6. Select the ticket(s) you want to resell using the slider button & click Save Changes once you have selected the tickets.
  7. A confirmation screen will appear showing the tickets you have selected for resale. Click Proceed and your ticket(s) will be listed to be resold.
  8. You will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided on the booking to confirm the ticket(s) have been listed for resale.

Important information

  • You will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided on the booking to confirm the ticket(s) have been listed for resale.
  • If and when your ticket is resold, you will receive a second email to confirm this. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to show on your account.
  • Once resold, the original ticket is cancelled, you are notified and refunded the full ticket cost minus the booking fee, transaction fee, payment plan fee (if applicable) and Ticket Plan (if purchased).
  • You can only add tickets that have been paid in full to the resale. If you have an outstanding balance, you must pay this off before you can list your ticket for resale.
  • If you have closed your bank account or changed banks since you originally purchased your ticket, please contact lostvillage@kaboodle.co.uk to update your details, otherwise the refund will not make its way back to you.
  • If you purchased your ticket via a name change, please make sure you contact lostvillage@kaboodle.co.uk before adding your ticket to the resale. If you do not do this, you will risk any refund due not coming back to your account.

Accommodation resale

  • It is only possible to add entry tickets to the automated resale platform.
  • However, if you would like to request to resell any accommodation please contact lostvillage@kaboodle.co.uk and the team will make a note of this. The team will then try to match your request with a new buyer.
