The Plimsoll

The Plimsoll have been doing something quietly brilliant with fire and flavour for a while now, and we’re delighted to have them in the village. Expect a mezze spread to kick things off; summer tomatoes, aubergine, tzatziki, smoked cod’s roe, before a whole grilled lamb takes centre stage, rolled and stuffed, cooked alongside tongue, heart and liver for the adventurous.
